Question

(1) Can the Premier please provide a list of
:
(a) the dates that Mr Kerry Stokes has entered or exited Western Australia since border restrictions began;
(b) the date and location of all meetings between the Premier and/or member(s) of the Premier's staff and Mr Kerry Stokes and/or member(s) of Mr Stokes' staff this year;
(c) the dates of all phone calls, emails or any other communications between the Premier and/or member(s) of the Premier's staff and Mr Stokes and/or member(s) of Mr Stokes' staff; and
(d) the dates and occasions of any function(s) attended by the Premier at which Mr Stokes was present this year?
(2) Can the Premier please provide a list of
:
(a) the dates that Mr Andrew Forrest has entered or exited Western Australia since border restrictions began;
(b) the date and location of all meetings between the Premier and/or member(s) of the Premier's staff and Mr Forrest and/or member(s) of Mr Forrest's staff this year;
(c) the dates of all phone calls, emails or any other communications between the Premier and/or member(s) of the Premier's staff and Mr Forrest and/or member(s) of Mr Forrest's staff; and
(d) the dates and occasions of any function(s) attended by the Premier at which Mr Forrest was present this year?

1(a) The Premier's Office is not involved in any applications for exemptions.

That process is managed by the WA Police Force with advice provided from the State Health Incident Coordination Centre. For privacy reasons it's not appropriate to identify specific travellers or an individual's personal circumstances.

 

(b) - (d)

Given the number of employees of entities owned and/or administered by Mr Stokes it is not considered a reasonable use of staff resources to try and give an answer to this question. The Premier and his staff meet often with members of the business commmunity in the course of their work. This includes both formal meeting and incidental contact at business or social gatherings.
