I refer to the Ministers' answer to my question without notice on 20 June 2017 in which the Minister informed the House that four advertisements were displayed on the interior of Transperth buses in April, and I ask:
(a) is there a policy or procedure to determine whether approved advertisements are suitable to be displayed on the interior of Transperth buses or are all approved advertisements deemed suitable for display on both the interior and exterior of Transperth buses;
(b) further to (a), is the policy or procedure in written form;
(c) if yes to (b), will the Minister table a copy; and
(d) if yes to (c), when will the Minister table a copy?
Answered on 6 September 2017
(a) Yes. The Public Transport Authority has a policy which covers the display of all third party advertisements.
(c) [See tabled paper no.]
(d) Not applicable
