I refer to an article in the Collie
Mail titled ''Praise for $20m initiative'' in which Premier
Mark McGowan quotes the Collie Futures fund.
(1) Which three projects have been approved for $3 776
182 from the $18 million industry development fund?
(2) Which 12 projects have been
approved for $983 550 from the $2 million small grants program?
(3) Is information on each of these
projects publicly available?
(4) If yes to (3), please provide
details of each project, the funding allocation and the time lines.

I thank the member for the
question. I am sure the member is very enthusiastic about the success we have
achieved in Collie building new opportunities,
such as we see with the WesTrac facility that is being developed there. Indeed,
I can see the member has been keeping his finger on the pulse.
(1)–(4) I
can advise the member that all the information he has requested was provided in
answer to question without notice 42 and
tabled paper 3597 dated 12 February 2019. In relation to time lines, for Collie
Futures fund projects, all funded activities are to be completed within
two years of the negotiation of a funding agreement. For the Collie Futures
small grants program, projects must commence within six months of the funding
allocation.
