the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Office (CNMO), which included a reduction of
role of the Principal Midwifery Advisor from a full-time to part-time position,
and I ask:

I am advised:
(a)-(d) Department of Health (DOH) internal restructures are entirely operational matters. Adherence to the DOH Guide to managing Structural Change is required. This includes consultation with all staff working within the affected area. Accordingly, staff within Chief Nursing and Midwifery Office (CNMO) were consulted on the proposed restructure. It is noted that the proposed restructure will increase in the overall midwifery specific expertise within CNMO by 0.2 FTE.
