WASTE PROCESSING FACILITY — SOUTH WEST REGION
36. Hon Dr STEVE THOMAS to the Minister for Regional Development:
I refer to question without notice 487 asked on 24 August 2017 regarding the proposed south west region waste processing facility.

Hon Dr STEVE THOMAS: That is okay. I will read the question and wait for another day.
Given that the Shire of Capel voted to withdraw its support for the proposed site 16, will the royalty for regions funding provided in 2014 and held in a specified account for the purpose of constructing a south west regional waste processing facility be retained?
The PRESIDENT: I understand the minister will seek to provide an answer to that question.
