I refer to question without notice 870 asked on 11 October 2022 regarding Building Condition Assessments undertaken across all neighbourhood and family centres in Western Australia. Can the Minister provide a list of all identified maintenance, by neighbourhood and family centre, from the 2021-22 Building Condition Assessments?

The 2021-22 Building Condition Assessment Report identified over 750 maintenance items across the Department of Communities’ community centres, ranging from repainting to recurring smoke detector servicing.
Due the large volume of information requested it is not considered to be a reasonable or appropriate use of government resources to provide this information.
On 11 October 2022, I advised that the Department of Communities conducted Building Condition Assessments across its 27 community centres. Owing to a data collection discrepancy, I advise that the correct figure is 26.
