ROAD SAFETY COMMISSIONER — TOURISM COMMISSION CEO — CONTRACT CESSATION PAYMENTS
711. Hon PETER COLLIER to the Leader of the House representing the Premier:
Will the Premier advise of the total payments made to the former Road Safety Commissioner and the former chief executive officer of Tourism Western Australia for the early cessation of their contracts, including a breakdown of the composition of those payments; and, if not, why not?

I thank the member for some notice of the question.
The Public Sector Commission advises that the Road Safety Commissioner received a compensation payment of $242 180, plus leave entitlements. The chief executive officer of the WA Tourism Commission received a compensation payment of $372 919, plus leave entitlements.
