Government:
I refer to the City of Perth
inquiry.
(1) What is the total cost of the
inquiry to date?
(2) Will the minister provide a detailed list of all
claimants made in relation to the inquiry; and, if not, why not?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1)–(2) The
initial budget approved for the City of Perth inquiry in 2018–19 was
$2.4 million, with additional funding of $1.9 million approved through the 2019–20
budget for a total inquiry budget of $4.3 million. The final cost of the
inquiry will not be known until it is complete.
