(1) What is the
cost recovery level for an outpatient appointment at a public hospital for
non-essential medical care?
(2) Is the cost
recovery level for an outpatient appointment at a public hospital for
non-essential medical care the same at every public hospital; and, if not, why
not?
(3) What is the
average cost recovery level for an outpatient appointment at a public hospital
for the purposes of undergoing an annual medical check in order to acquire a medical
certificate to retain the right to drive?
(4) What is the
average cost recovery level for an outpatient appointment at Derby Hospital for
the purpose of undergoing an annual medical check in order to acquire a medical
certificate to retain the right to drive?
