many form 12 applications to court to terminate a tenancy were lodged during
June and July 2021 respectively?

I
thank the member for some notice of the question. I provide the following
response on behalf of the Attorney General.
The number of form 12 applications
lodged in the Magistrates Court of Western Australia, in which the termination
of a tenancy agreement is sought, was 390 in June 2021 and 343 in July 2021.
