Minister for Housing:
That is right. Madam President, thank
you very much for your kindness and to every other member.
I
refer to the minister's media statement of 31 August 2017, ''East
Green project to deliver 138 contemporary homes'', which
announced the state government's partnership agreement with Frasers
Property Australia to redevelop the old East Greenwood Primary School site.
(1) How many of
the promised 138 homes, including 20 dwellings dedicated to the shared equity
scheme and 15 social housing dwellings, have been built in the two years since
the announcement was made?
(2) How many East Green lots have
been sold to date?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) Nil. In
response to extremely difficult market conditions, the development partner and
the Department of Communities have revised delivery of the project to reflect
consumer sentiment and demand. The revised development is due to be launched in
mid to late 2020.
(2) Nil.
