Minister for Water:
I refer to the proposed southern
forests irrigation scheme and the test drilling occurring at Record Brook.
(1) Was a permit
or licence approved to allow for the interference of the bed and banks of a watercourse
at Record Brook?
(2) If yes, will the minister please
table a copy of the permit or licence; and, if not, why not?
