I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question. The following information has been provided to me by the Minister for Police.

(1)–(4) The Western Australia Police Force advise that three consorting notices have been issued on 31 May 2022, 15 August 2022 and 16 August, with no breaches occurring. The WA Police Force has charged 73 people for displaying prohibited insignia, resulting in 18 convictions, no acquittals and 55 currently in the court system.
