I refer to question without notice 135
asked on Thursday, 20 February 2020 on the contract with Alstom.
(1) Has the
minister now received advice from the Public Transport Authority on the tabling
of the contract?
(2) Will the minister now table the
contract; and, if not, why not?

I thank the Leader of the
Opposition for some notice of the question. This question was submitted on 17 June,
so the answer is current as at that date.
(1) Advice has not yet been
received from the Public Transport Authority.
(2) Further consideration can be
given to the tabling of the contract once advice is received.
