Minister for Industrial Relations:
I refer to works on the Forrestfield–Airport
Link project.
(1) Has the
minister or the minister's office ever been advised of any WorkSafe Western
Australia–issued verbal direction, improvement notice and/or
prohibition notice concerning workplace hazards?
(2) If yes, what
specific matters were brought to the attention of the minister and/or his
office, and when and how was this advice transmitted?

I thank the member for the question.
I can assure him that I have taken this matter up with the Minister for
Industrial Relations. The minister advises as follows.
(1)–(2) Yes.
However, due to the quantity and scope of information requested, it is not
