Question

I refer to question on notice 1967, which refers to the 52 page booklet, Getting Things Done launched to commemorate the two year anniversary of the McGowan Government, and I ask again:
(a) please identify the staff within the Premier's office who created the booklet including their position titles;
(b) at what cost was the booklet created;
(c) was the booklet printed;
(d) if yes to (c), how many copies were printed and at what cost;
(e) if yes to (c), how has the printed booklet been distributed;
(f) will the Premier detail the costs associated with advertising or promoting the booklet online or in other mediums; and
(g) if once again, the Premier evades answering my specific questions in this regard, when will the Premier satisfy the requirements under Section 82 of the Financial Management Act 2006?

Answered on 25 June 2019

(a) The creation of Getting Things Done, recognising the outstanding achievments of the McGowan Government during its first two years, was a collaborative effort by staff within the Premier's Office,

(b) Not applicable. As previously stated, no external resources or agencies were engaged.

(c) The booklet was created in an electronic format. No print run was ordered.

(d) Not applicable

(e) Not applicable

(f) Not advertising or promotional costs were incurred.

(g) Not applicable
