BURRUP HUB PROJECT — STATE REVENUE

33. Hon TIM CLIFFORD to the minister representing the Treasurer:

I refer to the state government's vocal support for the highly polluting proposed Burrup hub project.

(1) Has the state government analysed or received any information on the royalties the state expects to receive from this project?

(a) From where was this data sourced?

(b) Will the minister please table that data?

(2) Has the state government analysed or received any information on the state taxes the state expects to receive from this project?

(a) From where was this data sourced?

(b) Will the minister please table that information if he has it?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided by the Treasurer.

(1) Treasury has not undertaken analysis or received any information in relation to royalties the state expects to receive from Woodside's potential Burrup hub project.

(a)–(b) Not applicable.

(2) Treasury has not undertaken analysis or received any information in relation to state taxes the state expects to receive from Woodside's potential Burrup hub project.
