(1) Has the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) or the Minister had any meetings or correspondence with Mitsubishi or their subsidiaries this year?

(2) If yes to (1), what was this in regard to?
(3) Have any discussions taken place regarding gas pipelines in the Kimberley with Mitsubishi or their subsidiaries?
(4) If yes to (3), will the Minister table the details?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
(6) Has the DMP or the Minister received a map of any proposed pipelines?
(7) If yes to (6), will the Minister table the map?
(8) If no to (7), why not?

(2) Mitsubishi’s future intentions regarding activities in the Kimberley.

(3) Yes

(5) The discussions included Mitsubishi’s future intentions regarding their activities in the Kimberley, and are therefore commercially sensitive in nature.
