Question

I refer to the Government’s announcement that Southern River Hockey Club will soon have International Hockey Federation accreditation with construction of a new synthetic field and LED lighting underway due in part to a State Government grant, and I ask:
(a) when was the grant application made;
(b) when was the grant application assessed:
(i) who made the assessment; and
(ii) who was consulted on the assessment;
(c) where are the other synthetic fields located in the metropolitan area;
(d) in which calendar month is construction scheduled to be completed;
(e) on what date did the Government receive confirmation that the City of Gosnells will be contributing $438,000 to the wider $2.6 million project that will also see the club's pavilion at its home base at Sutherlands Park renovated:
(i) was that confirmation in writing; and
(ii) if yes to (i), will the Minister table that document and, if so, when;
(f) on what date did the Government receive confirmation that the club will be contributing the same amount:
(i) was that confirmation in writing; and
(ii) if yes to (i), will the Minister table that document and, if so, when;
(g) on what date did the Government receive confirmation that the Federal Government will contribute the remaining $1.3 million under the Federal Government's Community Development Grants program:
(i) was that confirmation in writing; and
(ii) if yes to (i), will the Minister table that document and, if so, when; and
(h) on what date has the Government been told the club will receive accreditation?

(i) Yes, as part of the City of Gosnells' CSRFF application.
