For each week from 13 March 2017 to 1 October 2017, how many speeding infringements have been issued?

The Western Australia Police Force advise the following;
For the month of March, 2017, the respective figures are 16,060, 15,112, and 12,506 speeding infringements issued per week. For the month of April, 2017, the respective figures are 6,557, 12,999, 8,405, and 13,537 speeding infringements issued per week. For the month of May, 2017, the respective figures are 17,075, 16,245, 18,310, 15,811, and 14,625 speeding infringements issued per week. For the month of June, 2017, the respective figures are 9,529, 13,633, 13,492, and 11,619 speeding infringements issued per week. For the month of July, 2017, the respective figures are 10,296, 12,566, 10,369, 8,069 and 10,428 speeding infringements issued per week. For the month of August, 2017, the respective figures are 10,703, 11,398, 10,699, and 13,292 speeding infringements issued per week. For the month of September, 2017, the respective figures are 14,862, 14,217, 10,669, and 11,266 speeding infringements issued per week.
