SCHOOLS — PROTECTIVE BEHAVIOURS PROGRAM

Training:
I refer to the importance of the
protective behaviours program being delivered in our schools.
(1) In the current calendar year,
how many schools have delivered the protective behaviours program?
(2) What are the
names of the current programs, endorsed by the department, that are delivering
a protective behaviours preventive curriculum to schoolchildren?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1) All public
schools are required to implement protective behaviours education.
(2) The
Department of Education provides its own protective behaviours education
program for schools.
