I refer to page 31 of the Voluntary Assisted Dying Board Western Australia Annual Report 2021-22 that states ‘[t]he
Community of Practice is an informal collegial group’ that ‘is composed of
health practitioners who have completed the WA VAD Approved Training and
staff from the Statewide Care Navigator Service and Statewide Pharmacy
Service’; and I ask, how many health practitioners who have completed
the WA VAD Approved Training are members of the Community of Practice?
