WASTE LEVY FEES

Treasurer:
I refer to revenue lost to the state
government through the unlawful and systemic avoidance of waste levy fees.
(1) Following
Treasury's consultation with its colleagues at the Department of Water
and Environmental Regulation, confirmed by way of an answer provided on 6
April, was any work undertaken to quantify the amount of revenue lost annually?
(2) If not, why not?
(3) If yes, what was the result of
that work?
