representing the Minister for Housing:
I refer to the media statement of
Thursday, 12 May 2022 titled ''Tax reform and incentives to deliver a housing
supply boost'', specifically the new Keystart loan product that will be
delivered in Metronet precincts and priority urban infill areas.
(1) What are these priority urban
infill areas?
(2) How are the priority urban
infill areas determined?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1)–(2) The new loan product will be used to provide Western
Australians access to affordable medium and high–density homes in locations closer to transport, services
and social infrastructure. The priority locations to be included in the
pilot are being finalised by the relevant agencies involved and further
information will be available with the product launch in early 2022–23.
