representing the Premier:
I refer the Premier to the comments
of the Commissioner of the Corruption and Crime Commission on page 99 of the fifty-fifth
report of the Standing Committee on Procedure and Privileges where he stated —
Our information technology analysts
have been informed that the current data from which these tapes will be
extracted is likely to be between 400–600 terabytes of data. A further
s 95 notice is likely to be issued in the future requiring material from the
back up tapes to be produced to the commission.
(1) Apart from
the documents of the former members that were provided to the commission, have
any documents of current sitting members been provided to the commission?
(2) If yes, what documents have been
provided and what sitting members?

matter.
