Question
I refer to income received by the Department of Transport through
unhealthy food and drink promotions, and I ask:
(a) what
was the total income generated from unhealthy food and drink advertising in:
(i) 2017-18; and
(ii) 2018-19; and
(b) will the Minister please advise at what sites (i.e. train network or bus network) the advertising in (a)(i) and (ii) occurred?

The Public Transport Authority has advised that it is difficult to determine which specific food or drink may or may not be ‘unhealthy’ due to differing definitions.
On this basis, the income paid to the Public Transport Authority from all food and drink advertising is as follows:
