FLINDERS MINES — EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL
MEETING
480. Hon ROBIN SCOTT to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
(1) Can the
minister confirm that, in a stock exchange announcement dated 26 April 2019, in
reference to an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held in
Perth on Wednesday, 8 May 2019, the company secretary of Flinders Mines Ltd
made an allegation of ''certain threatening and illegal intimidating
actions against the directors and their families''?
(2) Will the
minister provide details of any and all reports to the WA Police Force of
threatening and/or illegal and intimidating actions against the directors of
Flinders Mines and/or the families of the directors of Flinders Mines?
(3) Have such
reports to police been investigated, and what charges, if any, have been laid
against which persons as a result of such investigation?

some notice of this question. The following answer has been provided to me by
the Minister for Police.
(1)–(3) The
Western Australia Police Force advises it has not identified any reports
received from Flinders Mines Ltd or the publicly identified secretary or
directors.
