CITY OF KALAMUNDA —DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT, SPORT AND CULTURAL INDUSTRIES INVESTIGATION
449. Hon PETER COLLIER to the Leader of the House representing the Minister for Local Government:
Will the minister confirm whether or not the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries is currently investigating four councillors, including the mayor, of the Shire of Kalamunda for alleged breaches of the act relating to a failure to disclose financial conflicts of interest; and, if so —
(a) the date and/or dates of the council meetings when the alleged breach occurred;
(b) the date and/or dates when a complaint or complaints were received by the department;
(c) the date when the councillors and the city were formally advised of the investigation; and
(d) the date when the department expects to have completed its investigation?
