Question Directed to the: Minister for Water
Parliament: 40 Session: 1
Question
I refer to Water Corporation pipelines, and ask:
(a) Can the Minister please provide an annual breakdown for the 5 year period from 2016 to 2020, for the following:
(i) Leakage from Water Corporation pipelines in the South West Integrated System; and
(ii) The cost for attending to and repairing these leakages?
Answered on 4 December 2020
(a)(i) – (ii)
There is no water network called or referred to, as the South West Integrated System. In the south west of Western Australia the major water schemes includes: Integrated Water Supply Scheme; Great Southern Towns Water Supply Scheme; Lower Great Southern Regional Water Supply Scheme; and the Warren-Blackwood Regional Water Supply Scheme.
If the Member has a question regarding one of these schemes, I would invite him to be more specific.
