Question
I refer to the workplace accident at Curtin University on
13 October 2020, and ask:
(a) In the past 12 months how many safety
complaints did WorkSafe receive about Curtin University;
(b) If yes to (a) what were the dates they were received;
(c) What action did WorkSafe take regarding each
complaint;
(d) How many inspections has WorkSafe conducted at
the site in the past 12 months; and
(e) What action did WorkSafe take in each case?
