Question
I refer to the proposed Ocean Reef Marina development, and ask:
(a) Is the public able to access the Coastal Processes and Wrack Management Plan for the Ocean Reef Marina project;
(b) Where is it available; and
(c) If no, why?

(a) - (c) The Coastal Processes and Wrack Management Plan has not been approved by the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER). The approved Plan is required prior to the commencement of construction for the marina infrastructure specified in Schedule 1 of Ministerial Statement 1107.
DWER has advised that management plans, including the Coastal Processes and Wrack Management Plan, are required by the conditions in Statement 1107 to be made publicly available once they have been approved.
