Department of the Premier and Cabinet
In accordance with s102 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994, the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) requires employees wishing to be employed outside the Department to seek permission from the employer.
All declarations under s102 of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 are a confidential matter between the employee and the employer, in this case the Director General DPC.
