I refer to adult prisoner statistics for each of the past five financial years, 2016-17 to 2020-21, and I ask:
(a) How many prisoner receptions each year in total, and by gender and Aboriginality;
(b) How many of those were in prison for the first time in total, and by gender and Aboriginality;
(c) How many receptions were in each Australian and New Zealand Standard Offence Classification (ANZSOC) Division category as per the quarterly custodial reports in total, and by gender and Aboriginality;
(d) How many prisoners were released each year in total, and by gender and aboriginality; and
(e) How many prisoner releases were in each ANZSOC Division category as per the quarterly custodial reports in total, and by gender and Aboriginality?
