(c) Seminars and conferences;
(d) Consumables - audio visual;
(e) Consumables - subscriptions and publications;
(f) Stationery;
(g) Therapy dogs;
(h) Indoor plants;
(i) Artwork;
(j) Collateral featuring the Minister;
(k) Collateral featuring members of government other than the Minister; and
(l) Mobile phones, including the cost of mobile phones on payment plans?
