Question
Since 11 March 2017, has any officer within any of the Minister's agencies, departments, government trading enterprises or boards submitted a Public Interest Disclosure (PID) form consistent with the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2003, and if so:
(a) In 2017 how many related to:
(i) Improper conduct;
(ii) An offence under written State law;
(iii) Substantial unauthorised or irregular use of, or substantial mismanagement of, public resources; and
(iv) Conduct involving a substantial and specific risk of injury to public health, or prejudice to public safety or harm to the environment;
(b) In 2018 how many related to:
(i) Improper conduct;
(ii) An offence under written State law;
(iii) Substantial unauthorised or irregular use of, or substantial mismanagement of, public resources; and
(iv) Conduct involving a substantial and specific risk of injury to public health, or prejudice to public safety or harm to the environment; and
(c) In 2019 how many related to:
(i) Improper conduct;
(ii) An offence under written State law;
(iii) Substantial unauthorised or irregular use of, or substantial mismanagement of, public resources; and
(iv) Conduct involving a substantial and specific risk of injury to public health, or prejudice to public safety or harm to the environment?
