I refer to the
Graffiti Vandalism Act 2016 and ask:
(a) for each of the past four years how many
community based orders have been issued;
(b) for each of the past four years how many
instances have the Courts imposed a clean-up order; and
(c) for each of the past four years how many times
has a banning order been issued to a serial offender preventing them from further
carriage on public transport?
