Question
I refer to correspondence received by the Minister's Office for each month since the most recent Ministerial reshuffle on 17 December 2021, and I ask:
(a) What is the total number of correspondence that was received for each month; and
(b) What is the total number of correspondence that was responded to and then considered completed:
(i) Within 90 days; and
(ii) After 90 days?

(a – b) This detailed information is not readily available and would require considerable time to collate and prepare, which would divert staff away from their normal duties. It is not considered to be a reasonable or appropriate use of government resources to provide this information.
