I
refer to the predicted natural gas shortfall projected for 2024-25, and I ask:
(a) how
many jobs in the natural gas sector are projected to be lost in the event of a
shortfall; and
(b) given
the mining sector relies heavily on natural gas, should we expect mass loss of
jobs in the mining sector as well?

(a)–(b) The Government of Western Australia is not forecasting a short fall in gas supply in Western Australia.
