I refer to the 2021–22
annual report from the Office of the State Coroner, which states—
The
Office � has also entered into a working relationship with the Therapeutic
Goods Administration � in recognition
of the importance of identifying any reportable deaths that may have been
associated with the use of medicines, vaccines or medical devices. To
assist the TGA � the Office � has developed a notification system whereby
relevant information is de-identified and provided to the TGA.
How many of the 127 TGA
notifications were made in reference to sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite?
