I refer to Legislative Council
question on notice 812 answered on 20 September 2022 regarding the servicing of
urban pumps.
(1) How many
urban pumps are allocated to career fire and rescue stations?
(2) Of those
identified in (1), in how many instances has a pump not been able to be
deployed in 2022; and why not?
(3) How many
urban pumps are currently unavailable to be deployed?

I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1) There are 34
urban pumps allocated to CFRS.
(2)–(3) Given
the level of detail required, it is not possible to provide an answer in the
time frame available. The honourable member may wish to place this question on
notice.
