I refer to the Perth City Deal,
which was signed by the Prime Minister, the Premier and the chair commissioner
of the City of Perth.
Are the following estimated
completion dates still anticipated; and, if no, what are the new completion
dates for —
(a) Edith Cowan University's
cultural and creative industries CBD campus—2024;
(b) Murdoch University's
vertical inner-city campus—2023–24;
(c) Curtin University's
historical heart cluster—2023;
(d) the Australian Space Automation,
AI and Robotics Control Complex—2022;
(e) the digital environmental
approvals regime for major projects—30 June 2022; and
(f) redevelopment of the WACA—2024?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. The following answer, which I provide on behalf of
the Leader of the House, has been provided to me by the Premier.
Specific questions regarding
individual Perth City Deal projects should be directed to those delivering the
specific projects and initiatives, as outlined below —
(a) Edith Cowan University.
(b) As was
outlined in this house on 30 June and subsequently reported, Murdoch University
is no longer proceeding with its proposal for an inner-city university campus.
(c) Curtin University.
(d) Fugro.
(e) The Department of Water and
Environmental Regulation.
(f) The Western Australian Cricket
Association.
