I gave notice of this question last
Tuesday, 15 November. It is question C1235.
I refer to Environment Online.
(1) Can the
minister please advise when the schedule of future releases and improvements
will be released?
(2) When will the entire package of
Environment Online products be operating and accessible?
(3) How much has been spent on
developing the package to date?
(4) What is the anticipated full cost
of the package?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question and provide the following answer on behalf of the
minister representing the Minister for Environment.
(1)–(2) Environment
Online is being developed progressively, with full functionality due to be
delivered in 2024.
(3) The
Department of Water and Environmental Regulation has incurred $16.9 million of
external contractor costs in developing Environment Online.
(4) The approved program budget for
Environment Online is $28 million.
