Attempted Suicide
|
An act where the circumstances indicate the intent of the act was to take their own life through:
a) self-inflicted injury; or
b) self-asphyxiation or hanging; or
c) intentional self-poisoning (including drug overdose); or
d) other intentional acts intended to take one’s own life.

Self-Harm - Minor
|
An act of self-harm that does not require overnight hospitalisation, overnight care at a facility medical centre/infirmary or ongoing medical treatment or any other act of self-harm that does not result in injury.

Self-Harm - Serious
|
An act of self-harm that requires either overnight hospitalisation in a medical facility (including facility clinic/infirmary), or ongoing medical treatment.
