AMENDMENT (TEMPORARY COVID-19 PROVISIONS) BILL 2022
875. Hon MARTIN ALDRIDGE to the Minister for Emergency Services:
I refer to the Emergency Management
Amendment (Temporary COVID-19 Provisions) Bill 2022.
(1) On what date was the
Parliamentary Labor Party first briefed on this legislation?
(2) Who was
consulted about this legislation and were any organisations or individuals
outside the state government consulted?
(3) Has the Chief
Health Officer or the State Emergency Coordinator provided any advice about
this bill, and, if so, will the minister please table this advice?
(4) Given that
this bill directly relates to managing the COVID-19 pandemic, why has the state
