My question is asked on behalf of Hon
Tjorn Sibma.
I seek some clarification on the
government's intentions regarding the original part 7 of the COVID-19
Response and Economic Recovery Omnibus Bill 2020.
Does the minister stand by her
position, quoted in The West Australian today, that ''There are
no current plans for the State Government to introduce this clause in a separate
Bill''?
I note that this was asked on
Tuesday, 18 August.
