I refer to each department, agency or government trading entity under your control, and I ask:
(a) have state funds ever been used to procure hair straighteners or similar devices;
(b) on what date was each purchase made;
(c) what was the total value of each purchase; and
(d) what was the intended use for the purchase of such items?
