• Profiteering Prevention Act 1939 - An Act for the prevention of profiteering and for other incidental purposes.
• Increase of Rent (War Restrictions) Act 1939 - An Act to restrict the increase of rent during wartime and for related purposes.

• War Funds Regulation Act 1939 - An Act to regulate the raising or collection of money for war funds and to make provision for the administration and control of moneys raised wholly or partly by private subscription for purposes connected with the present war, and for purposes incidental thereto or consequent thereon.

1940

• Civil Defence (Emergency Powers) Act 1940 - An Act to make provision for the taking of precautions for the protection of persons and property in this state from injury or damage in the event of hostile attack, and generally to make provision with respect to civil defence and the security and protection of the people of this state during the present state of war.
• Mine Relief (War Services) Act 1940 - An Act to make special provision for the protection of the rights and interests of mine workers, within the meaning of the Mine Workers' Relief Act, 1932-1934, who are continuously engaged on war service in time of war.

• Distress for Rents Abolition Act Amendment Act 1941 - An Act to amend section 6 of the Distress for Rent Abolition Act 1936.

• Increase of Rent (War Restrictions) Act Amendment Act 1941 - An Act to amend the Increase of Rent (War Restrictions) Act 1939.

• Mental Treatment (War Service Patients) Act 1941 - An Act to facilitate the treatment of mental disorders arising from wounds, shock and other causes sustained by certain persons in the course of or occasioned by war service.

• Wills (Soldiers, Sailors, and Airmen) Act 1941 - An Act to amend the law with reference to testamentary dispositions by soldiers and sailors.

• Constitution Amendment Act 1942 - An Act to amend section 6 of the Constitution Act 1889, and sections 32, 34, 37, 38 and 39 of the the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899.

• Jury (Emergency Provisions) Act 1942 - An Act to provide for the modification of the law relating to juries during wartime and for purposes connected therewith.

• Mining Tenements (War Time Exemptions) Act 1942 - An Act to authorise the granting of certain exemptions in relation to mining tenements during a time of war.

• Electoral (War Time)Act 1943 - An Act relating to the exercise of the franchise by members of the forces and others.

• Commonwealth Powers Act 1943 - An Act to refer certain matters to the Parliament of the Commonwealth until the expiration of five years after Australia ceases to be engaged in hostilities in the present war.

• Financial Emergency Act Amendment Act 1945 - An Act to continue the operation of the Financial Emergency Act 1934, as amended by the Financial Emergency Act Amendment Act 1935.
