Synopsis
The purpose of this Bill is to provide for the appointment of the Administrator for the National Health Funding pool; and provide for the establishment and management of a State Pool Account; and amend the Hospitals and Health Services Act 1927; and repeal the Hospital Fund Act 1930 and make consequential amendments.
