The Committee will inquire into -

the circumstances surrounding the overpayment by the Department of Health of approximately $1.8 million and subsequent recovery from the Peel Health Campus or Health Solutions (WA) Pty Ltd;
whether arrangements for fees, bonuses, remuneration or other payments for services made to doctors of the Peel Health Campus or Health Solutions (WA) Pty Ltd included a payment for each admission of a patient from the Emergency Department to the hospital; and
any other relevant matter.
