On 17 October 2013 the Legislative Council referred the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Bill 2013 to the Uniform Legislation and Statutes Review Committee for Consideration and report by 3 December 2013. On 19 November 2014 the Legislative Council granted an extension of time to report until 18 February 2014.
